The Administrative Coordinator, under the guidance of the Director of CUGR and the General Manager of CORE, provides general and specific administrative, programmatic, and complex administrative support for the University?s Center for Undergraduate Research (CUGR) and Coordinated Operating Research Entities (CORE) Offices. The typical hiring range for this position is $36,000 to $40,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications :
Bachelor?s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated experience working independently as well as collaboratively as a member of a team in a professional setting.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of constituents on campus and throughout the state and region.
Excellent communications skills (written and oral).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex, non-routine tasks with general supervision.
Ability to manage multiple complex responsibilities simultaneously, develop and implement systems and strategies, determine and set priorities, meet deadlines, and track details.
Flexibility in coping with changing demands, priorities, and stakeholders.
Demonstrated skills in exercising sound judgment and discretion in dealing with sensitive issues.
Excellent computer skills, with fluency in all Microsoft Office and Google applications.
Working knowledge of financial and purchasing procedures, record-keeping, policies, etc.
Ability to travel periodically in-state, normally requiring a valid driver's license, and out-of-state.
Preferred :
Previous work experience at a university level.
Previous experience with Peoplesoft.
Basic knowledge of database management.
Experience conducting market research and related reporting.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
