We are looking for motivated people with strong communication skills to help serve our existing customers in our fast paced call center in Orono. As a member of our Customer Retention Team, you will help our existing customers right-size the entertainment and communication services we offer so that our customers receive the services they value at a fair price.
We are interviewing now, and our next training session starts soon!
To be considered for our team you must have a general knowledge of computers and the internet and be able to type accurately. Working toward a high school diploma or equivalent is required. The ability to multitask, along with strong verbal communication skills is essential. And most importantly, we value your desire to excel in your career.
